We are charity for the Clyde Coast, established by local, sustainable fishermen to support and revitalise the wider Clyde and West of Scotland area. We support and develop work in the fields of education, science, heritage, culture, the arts and importantly, community development.
Culture & Heritage Projects
A main aim of the CFT is to help Clyde communities to connect with and get more involved in the culture and heritage anchored within the fishing industry as it plays such an important role in the Clyde’s, and our countries, history and identity.
Arts Projects
The CFT are committed to the advancement of The Arts. In particular in remote, rural areas where the field is often underdeveloped .
Science and Education
A major aim of the CFT is to help Clyde communities to connect with and get more involved in the science and education. Community development through education is a vital for Clyde communities.
